Maine Home Buyers & Sellers ~ Negotiating Factors | Maine Waterfront Real Estate
Negotiations for the sale of your home can be affected by emotional factors. For example, it is easy to be offended by someone who is making an offer on your property. Even if the buyers love your house, they are trying to negotiate the best possible price and terms. They probably will not let you know how much they want your home until they have negotiated a purchase agreement.

Maine Home Builders Diversify to Survive Slowdown
Are you looking for a good-sized, well-maintained home that is close to all the amenities, AND in move-in condition? One of my favorite listings right now is located at 462 College St. in Lewiston, ME. This cute, single family Cape Cod home has three bedrooms, two baths, and a huge two-level deck. Your children, friends and family will enjoy the private fenced-in back yard— it will be great for outdoor recreation and entertaining. The first floor of this 1892-square-foot home offers formal living and dining rooms with built-ins, fabulous hardwood floors and a beautiful fire place, along with a cozy den and eat-in kitchen. The first-floor master bedroom suite is large, with cathedral ceilings, sliders out to the large deck, with a granite vanity and ceramic tile bathroom floor. There are two more large bedrooms upstairs — perfect for kids or hobbyists with built-ins and a full bath. The walk-out basement also offers opportunity for future expansion. This home is a must-see!
